The Family & Group Pickups is one of the most exciting jobs of the season!

You’ll be the friendly face who welcomes families, checks them in, and helps make their holiday experience extra special. Your mission is to track down their bag of gifts and deliver it with a smile—turning a simple pickup into a little moment of Christmas magic!

The Family Pickup Elf will verify a family identity and have the adult sign for the gift bag. If a bag cannot be found, they may use a computer to research the family delivery routing. The Family Pickup table requires 2 to 3 elves at all times.

On Group Pickup days, the helper will help agencies inventory and collect their Santa gift bags and place them in their vehicle.

If it is slow, elves may be asked to help in other areas of the workshop.
