Delivering presents takes about 3-1/2 hours from check-in to check-out at the Workshop.

We recommend comfortable shoes.

1. JOY – prepare for a memorable experience while sharing the JOY of Christmas!
2. WORKSHOP ARRIVAL – do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled Santa Team delivery time.
3. LATE ARRIVAL – please call (210) 224-1843 if you will be late!
4. CHECK-IN – bring ALL team members to the check-in.
5. SANTA TEAM – consists of THREE members minimum – Santa Claus, a vehicle driver, and a responsible Elf.
6. BRIEFER – goes over the number of deliveries and required paperwork, sends Santa to get dressed, and then sends the team to the Warehouse Helper.
7. SANTA SUITS – pick up your Santa Suit and get dressed. Elf Louise provides the suit, and it is yours to keep! (Optional donation $20 to offset the cost.)
8. WAREHOUSE HELPER – gets the gift bags for each family.
9. PLAN a DELIVERY ROUTE – determine your route using the family addresses and locations.
10. DELIVER GIFTS – ensure at least one child is present, deliver toys, get the routing slip signed, take photos. and enjoy! If there are no children present, do NOT deliver the toys.
11. RETURN to the WORKSHOP – after all deliveries are complete, return to the Workshop with the family folders, signed routing sheets, and any undelivered toys.
12. LATE RETURN – if you will be later than 9PM, please call the number provided!
